eu_project_main_activities: 

The project activities consisted on events and activities focued on best practice sharing. These included larger thematic events ('General Assemblies') open to the general public as well as more targeted support ('Taskforce Meetings'). The project also contributed to further developing the EU STEM Coalition website into a digital 'knowledge hub' featuring programme mappings and a publications database (currently receiving thousands of monthly visitors). 

eu_project_summary: 
The EU STEM Coalition is an EU-wide network of so-called 'national STEM platforms': organisations tasked (by government) with the development, coordination and implementation of (elements of) national and regional (STEM) skills strategies. The main goal of this project was to facilitate best practice sharing between existing national STEM platforms and support the development of new national and regional strategies, platforms and programmes. The project succeeded in this objective and has been recognised as an official best practice by the European Commission.

The main goal of the project was to facilitate best practice sharing between national STEM platforms (integrating it into the day-to-day practices of national STEM platforms) and consequently support the development of new approaches based on existing best practices in Europe.
