Launch Hungarian STEM platform

On 25 April 2018 the Hungarian STEM platform will be officially launched during a closed conference. Eurocommissioner Tibor Navracsics will open the event by video message, a keynote will be given by Mr. Martin Kern, the Interim Director of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology and Mr. István Szabó, the Head of the Department of Higher Education and Research Strategy, Ministry of Human Capacities, Hungary.

 

The goal of the Hungarian STEM Platform is to provide integrated coordination and support for the STEM Programs in Hungary, to promote STEM career orientation and involvement in the STEM education. The Hungarian STEM Platform works in close cooperation with enterprises, the government and education and also with the nonprofit sector.

 

Several members of the EU STEM Coalition will share their experience during a panel discussion focused on STEM platforms accross Europe.
