The meeting was organized to coordinate activities related to Work Package 6 (WP6): Dissemination and Communication. The aim was to align all partners on the dissemination strategy, branding tools, document templates, and shared responsibilities for project visibility and outreach.

Main Outcomes
• The draft Communication & Dissemination Plan was reviewed and accepted in principle. Final comments from partners were requested before official publication on the project platform and EU portal.
• The project logo proposals were presented and discussed. The importance of activating and coordinating communication channels (social media, institutional websites, newsletters) was emphasized.
